Job Description:
The Executive Director’s job is to foster the growth of rugby in Idaho through general administration, expansion of new teams, rugby development in youth to high school programs, and fundraising activities, in accordance with agreed upon monthly and yearly development plans.

*Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Hired person may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the Rugby Idaho.

Role and Responsibilities:
Program Administrator
• Programs Oversight
- Increase number of players/participants
- Increase number of programs and variety

Committees
• Continue to develop and build the organizational structure of Rugby Idaho and its committees, current and pending

Policy Development
• Develop, follow Fiscal Policies
• Develop, follow Operational Policies
• Review and update other current polices

Financials
• Maintain and track daily program income and expenses
• Develop, track, analyze program budgets
• Manage and place all purchasing orders for programs

Growth
• Schedule, develop and run trainings for all volunteers and other support roles.
• Implement new and a variety of programs
• Oversee Youth Development done by Rugby Development Officer (RDO)

Registration
• Run and manage all aspects of registration systems for programs
• Submit all players to USA Rugby to be registered for player insurance.

Marketing
• Develop and implement marketing plan for programs
• Manage, update and promote with all social media accounts

Intern Program
• Develop structure for all intern positions
• Recruit, train, manage and place seasonal interns

Rugby Idaho Board
• Plan for quarterly board meeting and Annual General Meeting (AGM) by
• Preparing reports, agenda, documents, and presentations
• Reports to the Board
• Fundraising/Donations/Funding
- Coordinate, manage and run all State Championship events and tourneys
- Develop and implement a Rugby Idaho signature Fundraising Event
- Coordinate, manage, advertise, and run Idaho Gives Campaign
- Apparel Sales
- Manage donations for Rugby Idaho and individual teams with Rugby Idaho
- Record, deposit, track, and maintain all files with donation information
- Write and send donation letters and thank you
• Plan and design other funding opportunities and ideas with Rugby Idaho Board

Duration:
This position will be based on a yearly contract as a salaried employee of Rugby Idaho. The Rugby Idaho Board of Directors will vote on whether or not to renew the contract for another year. There is no limit to the amount of years this contract can be renewed.

Salary: will be evaluated on an annual basis and clearly identified before either party can sign a new contract.
